These terms cover use of skomenterprises.com and the services described on it. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over anything here.

The free margin audit

The audit is a review based on the information and account access you provide. It is our professional opinion, not a guarantee of any financial result. You are free to act on it, ignore it, or take it to another provider.

Service engagements

Scope, fees, term and termination for any paid work are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work starts. Prices shown on this site are starting points and may differ once we have seen your accounts. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice unless the agreement says otherwise.

Your accounts, your assets

Every listing, campaign, creative, creator relationship and report we produce inside your accounts belongs to you. We do not hold accounts, inventory or funds on your behalf.

What we do not control

Marketplaces change fees, policies and algorithms without notice. We manage to them; we cannot promise outcomes that depend on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok or Shopify decisions, on your product quality, or on your stock levels.

Articles in the Journal are general information from our own operating experience, not advice specific to your business. Case study figures are real but anonymised; we do not name client brands without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or a free audit is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service, which for free services is zero.
