Terms of Service

1. Services

SKOM Enterprises provides digital marketing, e-commerce management, web development, and related services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the relevant proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information required for service delivery. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines and deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to a service fee and/or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their engagement. SKOM Enterprises retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SKOM Enterprises' total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question during the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
