Most beauty brands add channels the way they add SKUs: one at a time, each with its own person, its own spreadsheet and its own definition of success. Two years later, four channels report to nobody in particular, inventory is allocated by whoever shouts first, and the same product has four different prices. The brand is bigger and less profitable than it was on one channel.

We operate a US skincare brand across all four, with revenue of $966,000+ across Amazon and Shopify since 2022 and a TikTok Shop added in 2026. This is the structure that lets a small team do that.

One product master

A single sheet is the source of truth for every SKU: cost, dimensions, ingredients, claims, images, copy blocks, price floor. Every channel listing is generated from it. When an ingredient changes, it changes once. When a claim gets flagged on TikTok, you know instantly whether Amazon carries the same copy.

One inventory view

FBA, WFS, your 3PL and TikTok fulfilment each hold stock. Without a combined view you either overstock everywhere or stock out on the channel that is working. Weekly, reconcile units on hand by location against 30-day velocity per channel, and move allocation before the stockout, not after.

One price architecture

Amazon polices price parity. Walmart watches Amazon. TikTok wants promotions. Shopify is where you protect margin. Decide the list price, the floor and which channel is allowed to promote below it, and write it down. Most parity suppressions we see come from a promotion someone forgot was still running.

One advertising logic

Every channel gets the same rule: spend is judged by advertising cost of sales per product, not by total budget. The mechanics differ, since Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect and TikTok Shop ads behave nothing alike, but the decision rule is identical, which is what makes it possible for one person to manage all three.

One report

Weekly, one page: revenue, ad spend, fees, returns and contribution margin per channel, and the combined total. If the founder reads one document, it is this one. Channel dashboards are for operators; the P&L is for decisions.

One rhythm

Monday: inventory and pricing. Tuesday: advertising across all channels. Wednesday: listing health and content. Thursday: creators and promotions. Friday: the report. Boring, repeatable and the reason four channels do not need four teams.
